How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 7 days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 10-20 business days.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is prepared for shipping, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us within one hour of placing it. We’ll do our best to assist, but changes may not be possible once the order has been sent to production.
Tip: Double-check your order details at checkout to avoid any issues.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. We will try to update it before your order is shipped. However, if the package has already been dispatched, you’ll need to contact USPS directly.
Important: Please verify your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be your responsibility. Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
My package says 'Delivered,' but I can’t find it. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
- Check your delivery area and confirm the shipping address.
- Note that packages are sometimes marked as 'delivered' shortly before arrival.
- If your package doesn’t arrive within 3 days, contact USPS to file a claim.
Reminder: While we strive for smooth deliveries, FunFreshIdeas is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
What if my package is stuck "in transit"?
If your package shows as "in transit" for an extended time, reach out to USPS at 1-800-275-8777 for updates.
Note: FunFreshIdeas will assist where possible, but we cannot control delays once the package is with USPS.
Are duties, taxes, or tariffs included for international orders?
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to their orders.
How can I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.
